I designed a new EPOS product for Selected, built around the realities of fast-paced hospitality environments. Existing systems were complicated for staff to navigate and for managers to teach, creating unnecessary friction when onboarding new employees and processing orders during busy service.

Through interviews with hospitality staff, I mapped end-to-end workflows and translated them into a clear, touch-first interface designed around fast recognition, simple navigation and minimal steps, testing prototypes with staff across multiple restaurants. The final product was approved, developed and adopted by restaurants across Brighton, Hove, and Portslade, giving teams an easier system to learn and use during day-to-day service.
