I designed a mobile Driver app for last-mile logistics, connecting drivers directly with dispatch throughout the delivery lifecycle. Existing workflows were fragmented across separate tools for routing, task management and communication, making it harder for drivers and dispatchers to coordinate work and respond to changes on the road.

Using observed workflows and customer requirements, I mapped the end-to-end journey and information architecture before developing and testing prototypes, UI and supporting design-system patterns. The resulting product unified job management, navigation, proof of delivery and communication in one workflow, while connecting with the companion Dispatcher platform for live job assignment, tracking and delivery planning. Both products were built, shipped and adopted by delivery companies.
