I designed the Dispatcher platform for a connected last-mile logistics ecosystem, giving dispatch teams a central operational view of drivers, orders and fleet performance. Previously, fragmented systems left dispatchers without real-time visibility of active operations, making it difficult to coordinate deliveries, respond to changes and identify inefficiencies such as excessive unloading times or idle mileage.

Using observed workflows and customer requirements, I mapped the operational architecture and designed workflows for order management, route planning, live driver tracking, communication, reporting and performance analysis, developing and testing the platform alongside its companion Driver app. Together, the two products created a connected workflow between dispatch and drivers, allowing jobs and operational information to move through one system rather than disconnected tools. Both products were built, shipped and adopted by delivery companies.
