I worked with WAER Systems to design an automated Count Profile framework that transformed how warehouses plan and manage recurring inventory counts. Previously, managers had to manually create individual cycle counts each time they were needed, making an essential inventory-control process repetitive and time-consuming.

I designed a rules-based workflow that allowed managers to define counting criteria, schedule and repeat cycle counts, and automatically assign them to individual users or teams. This turned a repeated manual task into a reusable, scalable process, helping warehouses maintain inventory accuracy, prioritise higher-risk stock and coordinate ongoing cycle counting from one place.
