Created in collaboration with IBM, AllBodies is an e-commerce platform that eliminates the friction of shopping for women's jeans. Because static sizing ignores natural body fluctuations—causing sizing anxiety and bulk returns—the app uses a frictionless onboarding flow to capture exact user measurements for bespoke garments.
This custom-fit data is paired with adaptive 14oz Japanese Graphene Cotton, engineered to flex with the menstrual cycle while retaining its structure. By removing the cognitive load of unpredictable sizing, AllBodies delivers a premium experience that empowers users to build a sustainable wardrobe with apparel designed to adapt to their bodies.

The User Problem
Women experience significant physical discomfort, emotional frustration, and financial implications of trying to find well-fitting jeans due to rigid sizing standards that do not accommodate natural, cyclical body fluctuations or unique proportions.
Off-the-rack sizing standards vary dramatically between brands, making numeric sizes essentially meaningless. Consumers are forced to guess their size, and proportions like waist-to-hip or inseam rarely align with real body shapes.
As revealed in the interview synthesis, women experience natural bloating and size changes across their menstrual cycles. Standard denim is rigid and unyielding, resulting in physical discomfort, clothes tightening during specific weeks of the month, and feelings of body dissatisfaction.
Because fit is unpredictable, consumers resort to ordering 5–6 pairs of jeans across multiple sizes and styles, spending over £400 upfront, only to return 80–90% of the order. This creates high cognitive load, time-consuming return logistics, and financial stress waiting for refunds.
Fast-fashion denim loses its elasticity, sags, or wears through quickly. Consumers end up discarding garments after a number of wears or keeping non-fitting "aspiration clothing" in storage, contributing directly to textile waste and emotional fatigue.
